Unreal. I mean who does that? And you 100% nailed it with “lazy”.

I’ve just started blocking the really lazy, clueless ones. I’ll even report them as spam if the contact is completely unsolicited as well as off target.

I don’t know about you, but the ones that infuriate me are the ones that show up in email but are followed almost immediately by a text or phone call. “Hi, I was just calling about the opportunity I just emailed you.” Ummm, what? You’re done. Like, forever. And so’s your organization.

I’m completely over being nice and polite with pushy strangers. All that’s gotten me is more worthless email and rude, intrusive contacts.

No need to be nasty either, but I’ve got zero time for people who won’t take the time to behave professionally.
