The BRICS are doing well, primarily thanks to China (18.2% of Global GDP) and India (8.7%).
Brazil is still pitching in its 2.6%, despite corruption and political turmoil. And "also ran" South Africa contributes 0.7%.
These numbers are from last year, when Putin's "strategy" was just getting started and Russia's contribution was 3.4%. If foreign companies exiting has really resulted in a 40% reduction in Russia's GDP, let's see what the numbers look like at the end of this year.
