Sorry if I misunderstood, Ignacio, but I was responding to your "Could we be about to reach AGI?" comment/question near the end of your otherwise excellent and fascinating article.

You technically didn't claim that the GNoMe breakthrough was AGI, but the idea that breakthroughs in ANI can somehow "magically" transport us to a completely different class of AI, in which we have yet to take a credible step, is a misleading and potentially dangerous one in my opinion.

As Jules says in Pulp Fiction, "It ain't the same ballpark. It ain't the same league. It ain't even the same sport". ;)
