She was expected to ... read??? Gasp! Shocking!

So basically, the information she needed existed in written form (it doesn't in many organizations) and was so easily accessible that she was quickly and efficiently sent links to it ... but refused to read.

I would imagine that she could have proactively *discovered* the information by searching rather than just asking someone else. But what am I thinking?

It's just blame, blame, blame ... and then complaints that there are no leadership opportunities ... for her.

Anyone else see the irony here?

No one has taught this poor, desperately unhappy person how things work at work.
