Some folks get angry when they see the truth refuting pure nonsense. So experienced developers and architects like us should stop speaking the truth?

Making people angry is not at all my "shtick". 99.9% of my comments on Medium are positive: "thank you for sharing", etc.

I write a lot on Medium about business, technology, communication, etc, and I take the time to encourage people who write positive, true things that help others. This article wasn't one of those things.

The people here who are mad or who make generalizations about me without actually knowing anything about me ... I hope they figure things out. But mostly I hope they don't do too much damage to and in the organizations they are supposed to be serving in the meantime.

I deal with the fallout of all this "process doesn't work" idiocy every damn day, and it sounds like you do too.
