Really good stuff here.
I was skeptical (literally thinking "if I see another MBTI-based analysis, I'll scream"), but "always rational", templatizing work, firm rules, building "feature-building capabilities", and documentation over communication -- you really nailed it.
I'm a little uncomfortable with intuition over data, but I understand the example and think I get what you're driving at.
Never being emotionally pressured into acting is true, but s/he sometimes vents frustration.
I'm off to read about the "structured metamorphosis" that turns developers into architects.
