I'm almost 60. It's taken me decades to realize and to begin to trust in the fact that I could literally tell anyone how to do the things I get paid to do. I could give them templates, examples, coaching, etc, but if they don't DO it (don't execute) -- and most won't -- they won't succeed. But me? I'm succeeding like crazy now!
