No idea about Gen Z and no doom spending here, but this tail-end Boomer is outta here in a few weeks due to:

• More moderate, pleasant weather than Texas

• Health (far fewer allergens in the air, pesticides in the food, etc)

• Quality of life (history, culture, etc)

• A little factor I've dubbed Ethics, Education, Expertise, Accountability, Rationality & Governance (or EEEARG 🤣)

• Cost of living

• Less effects of climate change
