Particularly, the abilities to "think in models and systems", to understand that "the decisions they make impact real business projects", and to make "complex topics easy to digest".

I'd like to offer my own definition of architecture for your consideration: "The creation and consistent application of proven solutions to design requirements and problems within a given domain."
