Intermittent fasting puts your body in ketosis, encouraging/requiring your body to burn the fat it has stored as fuel. It's often used in addition to a ketogenic diet (which IS a diet BTW, intermittent fasting is not).

I'm 21 days in and seeing some positive results. It's another tool in the toolbelt. Why bash it?
