I just got off an almost two-hour online chat with Apple Support. Their payment and account management systems are so completely eff'd up that even they can't figure out how to fix the problem, and all the while their content delivery systems nag me that there's a payment issue.

I'm pretty confident that useful AI is beyond the reach of these "geniuses".
