Hahaha

Mmm, in my experience putting together a playlist can be very similar to making a mixtape or burning a CD.

I recently put together a 6-hour playlist for my 40th high school class reunion. Worked on it off and on for weeks -- tuning, reordering, evaluating, swapping -- a real labor of love.

It had about 20 minutes of "walking in" music up front and about 20 minutes of "cool down" and exit music at the tail end.

Played in the order I put it together, it "orchestrated" the evening with groupings of pop, rock, disco, funk, country, etc and up and down-tempo sections -- something for everyone.

I also shared the link afterward so that people could shuffle or pick and choose.

Have a listen!

Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and wisdom!
