Good question, David! I like to think I've been a productive team member, i.e. certainly a leader but never a "manager".

I'm a hands-on solutions architect. I code every day (Java/Spring Boot, .NET Core, SQL, etc), but my highest value to an organization is probably high-level technical design and expressing business requirements in ways that technologists can understand.
