I'd wish you good luck, but I'm coming from the other direction -- from Apple world as fast as I can with my own laundry list of woes.
Google may not care or be too big to be self aware, but it's easy to demonstrate that it's not incompetent. Apple on the other hand is the devil.
When they "break" something, it's intentional, and the intent is always to get you to use the hardware you've paid them for and the media you've paid them for in the way that Apple intends them to be used.
To me, that's worse. That's unacceptable.
