Agreed.
For years, I was afraid that people would "steal" my tech and business process ideas. I required people to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), etc to protect my intellectual property.
As I've grown older and more experienced it's become increasingly clear that knowing what to do and how to do it isn't the valuable part.
The valuable part is @#%$ing DOING it -- day in, day out.
I'm not successful because I have great or unique ideas. I'm successful because I've developed the discipline to APPLY good ideas consistently.
