Absolutely incorrect. These tools do not "improve their skillsets over time"; their skillsets are fixed and improved in each subsequent release ... hence the incremental numbering in their names.

These tools can and do increase the size of the DATA SETS that they use to generate their output, but that is a VERY different thing.
