A strategy is what an organization (or individual) plans or intends to do.

Please stop trying to redefine basic terminology.

All this does is to make communication more difficult by making otherwise clear, agreed-upon, denotative word meanings more and more fuzzy until they lose meaning altogether.

What an organization or individual does is the execution of that strategy.
